A Black Krim

I noticed this tomato when Cynthia brought it home from the Bellingham Farmers' Market on Saturday, and thought I might want to blip it. Today, when she told me she was blipping one of the others she'd bought, I decided it was the right time.

We've had these Black Krims before (they're originally from Russia), but I particularly liked the markings on this one. C used it to make open-face sandwiches with feta and avocado on multi grain bread for lunch. We ate it on the deck, accompanied by the soothing sounds of a little table-top fountain I rescued from the garage yesterday. Blissful!
