Pistachio croissant
I have been admiring these pistachio croissants for the past few weeks. As I was doing my last research drop-in of the term in the cafe I decided to treat myself. As it was busy I didn’t end up getting a chance to eat it until I got home. That proved just as well as it was very messy with Pistachio flavoured cream/custard oozing out.
My colleague and I did some final tweaks to our book chapter and managed to submit it as a final draft so the publishers can take a look. We can now have a rest on that over the holiday before we next have to look at in January for any more edits that are required.
Leo had a chilly night at footie training - not sure he is enjoying it too much at the moment. After I picked him up I had a nice early night
