Little and large

I have a day by day desk calendar which has photos of the natural world, around the world. Today I was delighted to see an elephant from Addo Elephant Park, South Africa. We have been to Addo several times now, it has always been a highlight of our South Africa visits. We have loved finding and watching herds of elephants, I have no doubt blipped many pictures of them in the past. 

Then I noticed that by chance this tiny elephant was standing in front of the calendar. I bought him in Addo years ago and he has been on my desk ever since. He is only about 3cm tall but so perfectly detailed to be like the real one. Difficult to photograph both but I had to give it a go as I was taken back to Addo in memories today.
