Books

I met my friend Laurence for an excellent meal at Sen, a Vietnamese restaurant Edinburgh. I got there early so had time to browse in one of my favourite bookshops next door -  Lighthouse, Edinburgh's Radical Bookshop. They describe themselves as " an unapologetically activist, intersectional, feminist, antiracist, lgbtq+ community space." It is a small bookshop, and a bit cramped, but well curated and you can always find something new and interesting there. 
Laurence also had books for me (and returned some that I lent her), so I have a lot of new books to read :-)
