Apples and Oranges

Yes, I know... it's a ghost candle stick, on Lucia Day... But, this little one accompanied me when I tried to glide gracefully down the path in Greenhouse 2, dressed up in a white sheet (artistically dressed up by my boss...) with a red ribbon around my waste... yep... that I did... so, the ghost and I looked a bit the same... Although I was told later that a Greek Goddess was more appropriate description of my dress style. Not sure Venus had work pants with lots of pockets under her dress, but hey, you never know! :D
To start from the beginning of this story, our bosses had fun doing  a Lucia performance for us today, hilariously dressed up and singing. I laughed! And, then there was a customer in the middle of it that I had to run out to take care of. After the 'show' that I missed most part of, we had our traditional 'fika' and I had my saffron biscotti with me which were well received.
Then I saw that our coworkers from the 'Park' were in the bottom of Greenhouse 2, so I asked one of the bosses if we could take some biscotti to them too, and my boss E-K and M one of the supervisors, thought it an excellent and kind idea. My boss asked if I wanted her sheet and I said Why not? So she dressed me up and when she was almost done, I thought I heard the large door slam shut and thought they'd left, so she sprinted off to stopp them while I finished dressing. Then I grabbed the Ghost candle stick with its burning candle, and the bowl with biscotti and glided off... Well, happy smiley faces on the Park personell (yes, the one I've told you about in previous blips is one of them...), who had their 'fika' but not with a 'light bringer'. :D So, they really appreciated me coming to them with extra 'fika', especially since they were dismantling some large tables later and got some extra energy boost. And, as usually we start to talk about a lot of things and I'm staying with them for a while. They are two very nice people and they liked my biscotti, so mission accomplished even if I looked like an 'I don't know what...' in the sheet :D
The rest of my work hours I needle felted, started crocheting hats and took care of several very nice customers.
