Organised Crime

I took my Blip this morning, and my Extra this afternoon.  Someone has stolen these stone flagstones to order - specific sizes were selected.  This has been reported to the council who have placed the bollards as a temporary measure. It will be their responsibility to replace the missing ones (again) at the expense of us council tax payers.  I have previously reported several missing flags in this exact location about a year ago.

Not major organised crime, but you need a van and crowbars at least. I have seen a video of flags being lifted, and they were so quick - less than a minute!  

Annoying isn't sufficient.
