Pure Abstraction

Now, this is completely different!  I saw this just before I left Boston.  Maybe after the visually overwhelming day we had yesterday, my mind sought out a much more simple image.  It reminded me of this quote, “One should not only photograph things for what they are but for what else they are.” — Minor White (One of my favorite photographers.)  What does this image stir in your imagination?  Back home and our mild weather is gone.  It's freezing cold!  I've added a collage of the two studios in the O'Keeffe/Moore exhibition.  Quite the visual contrast as well!
