Unseasonal

We've had sleet/snow and several frosts but the marigolds seem to be resistant to pretty much everything. It's amazing to see this flower in December, but we also have a few single roses also persisting.

Signed a lot of cards this morning, for my colleagues as we're old school when it comes to some things. My hand was aching as I don't write much with a pen these days. Then I delivered them back to work and picked up the girls from school before lunch.

The afternoon vanished as I prepared dinner, tidied, shopped, and made another willow wreath frame for someone else to decorate. After swimming my mum came round for dinner and we enjoyed some mulled wine. A very nice winter's day.
