hummer bravado

Here is a better shot of the hawk from yesterday. And it is not a red tailed hawk! I'm leaning toward calling it a falcon now. But that is not why I am posting another picture of it.
What I want you to notice is the hummingbird buzzing this big bird from the left side of the frame! I knew hummers were territorial, but really??
