Waxing Gibbous Moon in Gemini

Today, I have been in agony after a very busy day yesterday. I rested all day, the vaccinations have taken their usual toll on my already pained body.

I always feel awful for four days after one vaccination but having two in one day has flared me right up again. I was in two minds about taking either. 

I still feel grateful to the NHS for getting them, hopefully they help support my chronic asthma.

I’m in more fibro pain than ever, hate feeling like a whinge.

Snapped today’s Blip out walking this evening, waxing gibbous moon in Gemini. Sadly, the clouds ruined my shot but compared the dramatic, December sky.

This will be my final fundraising endeavour. I have enjoyed doing them but so need to listen to body in 2025.  Today’s steps are in the extras.

The fibromyalgia pain has been so intense today that I have been feeling dizzy and as if I am going to pass out with the chronic pain. My hot/cold cream has helped a little but nothing else.

Hoping to get back to my paced exercise with the instructor at the gym as soon as possible.
