Morning Coffee Time

Our mornings are pretty routine. Jo gets up when I do regardless of the time. We go out into the yard together and then he comes up into the chair while I have my coffee on the couch, catching up on email and Blip and most mornings a 10 minute meditation with the Chopra app. Somehow I’ve convinced him that play time doesn’t start til after breakfast and that could take a couple of hours.

Tonight’s concert was the Wilmington Big Band. Mostly Christmas classics. The Cape Fear Swing Dancers were in attendance so good music and dancers to watch too.
