Homeward bound! we left Nebraska early this morning, and Miles couldn't have been a better traveler. we woke him up two hours early, traveled through two flights and airports, shuttled to parking and fought traffic to get home. The first flight we called him 'Captain Obvious' as he narrated the entire flight:
We are on a plane!
I see clouds
We are going fast!
No, we are going super fast!
I'm in the sky!
I see the ocean! (Not true)
I see mountains!
Etc.

After a quick layover in Denver we got on our second flight where he slept almost the entire time so mom and dad could actually relax.

Miles and I ended up on an earlier shuttle to the parking lot so we had to wait for daddy. Once dad got off the shuttle Miles yelled, "welcome back daddy!"

After we got home he did melt down quite a bit...it has been a long 10 days with meeting lots of new people, adjusting to the time change and heat, and sleeping in 3 different places. But at least the flying went well!
