St Mary Magdalene, Longfield.

I had to have a new battery fitted in my watch. We decided to take Jak for a walk down to the jewellers in Longfield village.When they last did it, it cost  me £25, it now cost £40. Still that’s  a fraction of the price they wanted at the Omega shop in Bluewater shopping centre. Fortunately it lasts 3 or 4 years . 

The round trip with the shopping and the walk back over the Gallops is about an hour and a half. And the sun came out with some blue skies.

We are off out to friends tonight for dinner, all in all a pleasant day.
