A treasure?

Wife won this in a raffle on Thursday but we were home early Friday so has to be today's Blip.

It's a bottle of House of Commons Champagne (apparently the Lords have a posher one) but signed by David Cameron and Nick Clegg.
I wonder if this makes it rare or whether it has been donated to raffles for the last few years.
Today I also knocked off a few more Christmas things including getting  a nice panettone from an Italian café as Daughter doesn't eat Christmas cake ( another parental failure I guess)
