Notes: Woke early around 4a and couldn't go back to sleep. Finally got up ~515a, great full moon (or nearly full) and got some mediocre pics of that. Waited awhile to feed the pets and then went out to do horses. Did a load of laundry and relaxed in the morning, rested on the couch for about an hour or more. Harley curled up w/ me and we watched Elf. The remade Miracle on 34th St came on after and I ended up watching that too. In between, made my sardines mixed w/ garlic and scrambled eggs. Also tried a small batch of carnivore noodles made from egg and gelatin (in cast iron like a crepe, cut in strips, tossed in oil and put on butcher paper and into the air fryer) - the meal didn't look fantastic but tasted pretty good - ate the whole thing. Finished w/ yogurt and popped out the remaining half of pomegranate seeds in the fridge, drizzled w/ honey. Also made a batch of whipped cream w/ cacao - so good!  Customized and posted on FB/IG for A Call to Spirit a video then from Living Plate Rx on how to cut a pomegranate. Went out just before 5p then - horses were up near the gate and came easily on their own (has gotten so much easier!). Wasn't out long, finished the movie and then started the 1947 version of Miracle on 34th St. Day went fast and I had planned to start packing some things but didn't get there ... really not up for packing up and moving again. Set to head back to Michelle's next week.
