Te Puia

Excellent time spent at Te Puia in Rotorua, learning more about Maori culture, seeing the geysers (this one is called Pohutu and blows up to 30m high), watching a Maori show and eating a very good buffet lunch.
Afterwards I went for a walk in the Redwood Forest while R recuperated from a slight tummy upset, and in the evening we went back to the Redwoods to do the tree walk in the dark. The light show was quite impressive but we both wished we had opted for the daytime version.
A good day overall and the weather is just superb
