My hometown is not King's Derry, but could these recently painted prohibitions on sewer entrances, really be tantamount to admitting The Dancing Clown is down there . . .waiting for dinner?

Thought of Pennywise when I saw this sewer grate warning in front of the local post office. Does the government know something about the sewers the rest of us need to know?
