Roman Bank and Wenlock Edge

Fine walking on a sunny winter day.

Roman Bank is part of Wenlock Edge and is owned and managed by National Trust.

Hollie had a good day, and I enjoyed the views out towards the Stretton Hills and the sleepy village of Wall Under Heywood.

I only saw one person the entire time. A lady jogger who stopped for a brief chat. It was pleasant talking to her and we discovered we had mutual acquaintances in the village, which was nice.

Other than that I devoured the silence with relish.

A great walk with life affirming peace, and quiet woodland, and panoramic views.
