Cold Moon

It's been a wonderful day with my besties, topped off by a beautiful full moon.  The full moon in December is called a Cold Moon which, according to what I've read, has to do with the cold temperatures in December, not with the actual moon itself.  Anyway, as we were waiting for our rack of lamb to cook, I looked outside and saw this fabulous, bright moon and grabbed a camera to get a few quick shots. 

Ellen arrived a little after noon today and we all spent the afternoon chatting and laughing and enjoying each other's company.  Dominos, wonderful friends, some fabulous cheese and a wonderful dinner - what could be better?  

So lucky to have such good friends in my life.
