Winter Sun (With Sparkly Bells On), Wateringbury

At last, at last the winter sun reappeared and it was a glorious sight. We drove past the church (St. John the Baptist) in Wateringbury and my brother saw something sparkling in the sunshine so we decided to go back and investigate. Tied with ribbon to iron handrails leading to the church entrance were these beautiful Christmas bells - they really sparkled in the dappled light so they just had to be my picture of the day.
