Lanzarote Last Day

The last day of our holiday. We packed up and checked out of our accommodation and then headed to the Jardin de Cactus, home to over 100 cactus varieties and built in the site of a former quarry. Yes they are weird looking plants but it was fascinating and very well presented (see extra).

We then headed to Jameous Del Aqua, a volcanic tunnel and caverns featuring an underground concert hall, restaurant and salt lake. This was another creation of César Manrique. Beautifully maintained and very calming.

Then it was time to come home!
