Bridges
It's been a pretty typical Sunday. We went to church this morning and Little Man had a lovely time at crèche, as per normal. He's a very social boy and enjoys being able to play with his friends. Caleb didn't come today as he was feeling too tired and unwell. So we got a lift home with the family who gave us a lift to church this morning.
We had a quiet afternoon. I did realise that I had left my IQOS device in the car of our friends so their son and his friend came round to drop it off. I took Little Man for a quick walk once they'd dropped it off.
One thing that the Netherlands is known for is it's flatness and it's land reclamation programs. Much of the country lies on or below the water level. There is even a department of the government sole purpose is water management. There are so many rivers and streams, as well as dikes and bridges. Often fields will be surrounded by water on all four sides, so there are bridges, like this one, to allow the farmers to access their land.
