End of the Day …

… and a view I’ve never posted before, above the alpage of Bovonne (bottom right you can see the chalets) with the alpenglow on the north face of the Muveran I think, correct me if I’m wrong. I was hoping to see the full “Cold Moon” rise but I gave up as it got dark. In the mountains it’s more difficult to know where it will rise and the timings are always much later than the almanac states.

This morning I took a neighbour to see her husband who is recovering from a stroke in a clinic above Montreux. What a view from his room (extra). It’s hard for her to get there from our village, 4 changes of transport. Her son will arrive on Wednesday and stay for 3 weeks which will be such a relief for her.
