Flamborough Head

Drove down to Flamborough Head this morning were we had some lunch and took the lighthouse tour which was excellent.The picture is looking down the staircase.The fog rolled in and the fog horn started to sound.The rest of the day was foggy.
We had no luck parking in Bridlington or Filey and ended up back in Whitby before returning to the cottage.
The girls spent the day in Robin Hoods Bay.On our drive from Filey to Whitby we passed the little farm that Helen and I stayed in on our first holiday we had together before we were married over 27 years ago.It was very well kept and a lovely BB then but now it is all overgrown and has just been sold.
