Mince pie Bakewell tart

I’ve loved baking today, it’s been a day of baking for family and enjoyment, I made mince pies, vegan gingerbread and this mince pie Bakewell tart which was delicious!

Was brilliant to see all the family today, next time we gather together will be for lots of fun, food and our Xmas, can’t wait!
