Feed us

There were another 4 swans just to the left and I passed them on my run.
It must have been a good service at church today - people weren't keen to leave! 
As a result it was nearly 2pm before I got my lunch and to fit a run in before dark meant going out a bit sooner after eating than I would prefer. It was the last day of the virtual challenge I've been doing over the last 3 weeks so I had to go out, though running felt rather as if I'd done all the 100miles (some walking) in one go!
A more restful evening is being spent.
