Brunch!

Today was the day for the Craster Kippers! We first had them on our holiday in Northumberland, when a wonderful smell filled our nostrils from the smokehouse! I noticed that they did mail order so we have finally got some. They are the most delicious kippers ever, naturally smoked in a 150 year old smoker. They have a deep colour and the flavour is wonderful. Bonnie thought the smell was good too, and she had a tiny piece for waiting patiently while we picked out the bones. She would have swallowed the skins bones and all, but that went straight in the bin out of her reach.
Rob went out and built another of his little sheds, this one as a log store. 
And I collected greenery and twigs to start my Christmas decorations!
