A sign?

Headed out this evening for a walk with a friend. Was going to leave the phone behind but then decided as was walking in pitch black it would come in useful!
As I walked past the school I saw the totem lot up and decided to take a picture with the phone. Might be. Did cross my mind it might be a sign but we shall see :-)
