Four Seasons In One Day . . . Crowded House

Today I have actually left the house for an extended amount of time.  First we delivered Andrew his piece of cherry pie and had a coffee in sunshine on his deck until the sky darken and rain descended sending us inside.  From there we went to have lunch with our friends who live near the sister in law and have the wonderful garden with avocados, apples, plums etc. Lunch was served inside because of the rain. Afterwards the sun reappeared and I went for a walk around the garden to stretch my back.  A little later  upon leaving the sky looked like the main blip. Allan thought there could be hail in that dark cloud. When he was growing apples commercially he had a crop wiped out due to hail damage. We are surrounded by horticulture and vineyards who are at the mercy of the weather. 
I did enjoy being out and talking to people today.
