Turkish pastries

Some Turkish pastries I've made for a friend's birthday party tomorrow. Ground almonds and pistachios, some delicious local honey and orange flower water, rolled up in filo pastry brushed with butter, and dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon. They smell good - I hope they taste good too! I'll probably try one later.

Edit: They were too hot to try when I photographed them straight from the oven, but I've now tasted one and it was scrumptious!
