After Parr, the fairground lad

This scene, at a carnival day in Monmouth, reminded me of the style of work by Martin Parr. The contrast in the exuberance of the kids enjoying the bouncy slide, and the lad with the slide, playboy pants on show, continually texting between taking money. These fairground lads are at every funfair, always bored, always watching the girls.
