A couple of hours to myself meeting up with Lisa and her assistance dog Senna.
 
Whilst I was out my poor sister was struggling since mum has locked herself out of her Sainsburys ordering service.  Looks like we will be going to Morrisons for her this week.
And their BT landline has stopped working again and if we are lucky it will be fixed by Thursday.
(Yes they have mobiles – I pay for them- but they insist on keeping them switched off).
