Windows On To Rye Observations, East Sussex

Today we had intended to head for either Ramsgate or Deal but as the weather was cold and grey we in the end settled for return trip to the more familiar destination of Rye in East Sussex - which is in no way meant to infer that we only venture there in bad weather!
By the time we arrived it was lunchtime and we were starving so we made a beeline for our favourite hostelry in the town - The Standard Inn - where we shared, rather randomly, a cheeseburger and fries with a portion of sticky Korean chicken wings washed down with a pint each. We then had a lovely stroll around the town and its occasionally cobbled streets despite the gloomy conditions.
Today's joint them ended up being retail premises windows involving pink - the main shot is mine and is of a local gallery window which caught my attention purely because you hardly ever came across a pink panther in the 'wild', let alone two and the extra is my brother's shot of a cafe/ice cream parlour on the famous Mermaid Street, with its cheeky exclamatory neon statement, which is currently in winter hibernation.
