Tell a story in one image

EDPS seasonal prompt. I've got slightly out of sequence with my blipping and accidentally deleted a photo off my camera (thankfully, not a stunning masterpiece!).
Hopefully the story is clear, but there's also a private story. My mother always used to get me to play this game at Christmas - she'd spread out all the cards she'd received, and I had to guess which of them had been sent by my cousin. It was invariably the (only) Madonna and Child or Adoration of the Magi. I don't know where he gets them from, since all the shops seem to have generic winter scenes, animals etc.
