Let There Be Lights

We've done more Christmas decorating today. I realised that now we have new tree lights I could try the old set outside, in a possibly feeble attempt to keep up with the neighbours. They were an outdoor set originally which we used on the tree when the old set packed up.

So here you go. I think it all looks OK. And we haven't even set up the regular reindeer yet.

We managed to post all our cards this afternoon. We needed two more stamps and had to queue for ages in the post office. Even with two counters it was very slow.

I also spent a small fortune on line, buying socks as you do at this time of year.

Camera club this evening is our Christmas meal and quiz night. I may update this if our team wins. I recall we came last in 2023.

Mrsfb is currently decorating the tree, listening to Michael Bublé. I'm better off out of it.
