Spent a large part of the day looking at course dates for 2025. Mostly commercial courses we're hoping will help support the Charity, but also decided I miss doing the loving lichens workshops for outdoor professionals, so added a few of those as well.
After over a decade of being the Mountain Training Association representative for the Lake District I also stepped down from that role formally today. It's been fun and frustrating in equal measure, but I need to be laser focused on Wellness Walks for the next couple of years. 

An unexpectedly productive meeting with the National Lottery Community Manager today. No direct funding yet... But a lot of "if you do x-y-z then we can do 1-2-3", a promising prospect but a lot of hoops to jump through yet.

Finished the day with another AI webinar - in under an hour learnt how to make videos from our own content. Fascinating.
