Porty Rainbow

Taken after a lunchtime meeting with my map designer, T, to discuss the two maps I am commissioning him to draw for my Paris Book, We had a good chat about my ideas and how he might realise them in map form.

Football later was six-a-side, in a strong wind. the other team coped better with it and ran away with it in the end, winning by six. Failed to score again, and hit the post again. My other shots were either too weak or too close to the keeper and when I did get a good shot on target their keeper kept them out with some decent saves. We thought it was our penultimate game of the year but the sports centre staff said they were closed next week so that might be it for 2024.
