Gnome

The other day I questioned what Polar Bears and Penguins had to do with Christmas.  Today I could be questioning what a gnome has to do with Christmas.  Logically I should be able to answer my own question as the gnome in question is one of three among the Christmas decorations for Amber Nook, but I can't.  I can't remember why we bought them but they have been there for 20 years.

Guests left this morning, the next ones are our regular Christmas guests.  Once they missed out by waiting until after Christmas before they booked.  Ever since they have booked the next year in October, yes they they booked 2025 in October this year.

So we made a start on putting up the decorations there this afternoon.  We have got the "evergreen" swags up, both wreaths, the artificial tree reassembled.  So tomorrow we will finish and start cleaning.
