Gallifreyan Ruins

As one sun sets, the other rises in a orange glow on Gallifrey, but all it illuminates are the war-torn ruins of the once magnificent citadel.

(If you believe that, you'll possibly believe anything.)

Actually, just me playing around with ICMs*, one vertical and another similar one rotated 90 degrees before combining.  The result was tampered with colourwise and then fed back into the combination stack.  Finally, the result underwent some selective blurring, creating a sci-fi fantasy.
