Tailing Off

A proper foggy day. I don't recall that we've ever had one before now. I think it's because of the wintry mix we had the night before last and then a significant rise in temperature. Most unseasonal.

I had a good wander about, looking for suitable subjects. It's a lot harder than it seems. Trying to get objects at different distances, so that they tail off into the misty background. But, they also have to have a bit of character about them.

Anyway, I liked this frame, although there were several to choose from.

Extra: Hunter In The Mist. A red-tailed hawk seemed a bit confused by the lack of visual acuity.
