Sandhill Cranes

I keep going back and forth which one I want as the main.  See Extra Photos for the other option.  Late this afternoon husband and I went for a walk along Frenchman's Bar and the Sandhills were there, unfortunately it was really dark so the photos were taken at very high ISO.  The main was not as high ISO as most of the later ones.  We turned around to return to the car and were walking into the wind and it was much colder and started getting even darker.  As soon as we shut the car doors it started raining!  Perfect timing.
