A hot day, starting with yoga at my daughter’s. It went much better for me this week, and I realised that I’m really feeling better.

This afternoon Missy & I went walking along the north side of Lake Hayes, with a new Village resident & her lovely little dog. It’s a few weeks since I’ve been out and about as far as that, and it was super to share it with someone new to the area.
