Acsherly 't ain't a seal pub - it's a sea lion pup.

One of the unexpected side effects of the Galapagos trip is that I now know what sea-lion poop smells like :-). You seriously do not want to get that stuff on your shoes as the smell will seep into everything and follow you around.  On the boat, the crew were very, very switched on to ensure that no dirty shoes made their way back from the shore to the boat.

In the meantime back here in the UK I've been busy making a gluten free Christmas cake for next week. Its currently in the oven and there's a lovely cakey smell permeating the house.
