Bath Spa University

It's time for another epic road trip with the boys… Gubs has an open day and interview at Bath Spa University to study Film, TV, and Digital Production next year. Monty decided to come along for the ride, and the three of us set out at about 5:30 a.m. to hopefully beat the traffic and arrive in time to look around the city before the event began. 

The best-laid plans of mice and men… Needless to say, they did not work out that way. We drove through the worst combination of roadworks, speed restrictions, crawling traffic jams, and complete road closures I can remember seeing. Four hours into the journey, we had not even cleared the M25. Luckily, the A303 was a far better experience as we headed west, and in the end, we reached Bath just before noon.

Gubs loved the open day… Bath Spa University's campus is beautiful—set in gorgeous countryside a couple of miles outside the city. The course sounds fantastic, and Gabriel felt his interview went well. They seemed to like his portfolio, so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
