Thank you ...

… for a bit of play time today. I enjoyed trying out some new dies and stamps that I bought recently when I saw that they were much reduced in price before they are discontinued. I haven’t done any stamping and die cutting for quite a long time. All the Christmas cards I make are printed because of the sheer numbers that are required, so it was a real treat to sit and experiment with a more hands-on design this afternoon.

I’ve also used my overlocker and sewing machine today; the new coat I bought is just the right length for me but my skirts and dresses are all too long to go underneath it because I’ve lost height. So today I took up the first item, a skirt, which now looks great underneath the coat. One down, a few more to go.
