Little trip out

Feeling so much better this morning but felt that I needed to take it easy so hubby suggested we drive into Hexham for a wander round and then a gentle walk in the afternoon. Felt I did a bit too much but was good to see Hexham decorated for Christmas and quite busy, and Hetty had a nice walk. Got a beautiful 1930s fruit bowl at a very good price and a couple of books. Had a message from daughter to eat even if I didn’t feel like it, so I have. She is turning into me.
Call from doctors surgery asking me to book a nurses appointment but then told me the first available one was 13th January. Still at least it’s in the diary now and I have already looked at the blood results on line and nothing to worry about.
