Out to Lunch

A quiet birthday which started at the gym this morning with birthday burpees. The suggestion that we should do as many as my 69 years was quickly turned down in favour of a minute!

We had a short ride to Lastingham to the Blacksmith’s Arms for a tasty lunch. Fortunately we arrived just before a large Christmas get together of a walking group. 
This was the guardian of the door as we arrived.
