Bad ideas

I was in so much pain from my back today, and I thought it might loosen up if I go for a ride with Willow. 

It was such a bad idea. 

The whole ride, I was thinking about taking loads of Ibuprofen when back at home. The rest of the day was spent in bed, as only not moving was not painful (good to be able to have a laptop that allows working without movement).
