Other people's fantasies

Tain does go a bit over the top when it comes to the decoration of houses. Someone has even put together a little map of the town with the best displays and I used it to navigate myself into position to take a few pictures for a compilation blip. Well, better this than my Christmas cactus which does know it's Christmas in the sense it has buds but it hasn't quite flowered yet.

After taking a peleton ride first thing this morning, I had to listen in to quite an aggravating meeting until lunchtime. Otherwise I just had one other meeting to contend with, where one of the other parties was in my office in Edinburgh. For the rest, it was more surmounting of the to do list. And emailing. Of course.

This evening after supper, I popped out not only for photos, but also to go (pool) swimming with L and A. The Tain pool is OK. Just 20 metres and inevitably sociable. I might do that again now I've overcome my reluctance to go in a pool. As the Kessock swim is in early July this year, I will need to do some of my training indoors. Yes, I'm doing it again....
