Chequebook & Pen

In the end the chequebook wasn't needed but due to a colleague losing access to online banking and so not having two people to approve a transaction I had to go to an actual bank.  First time in a while!

Of course these days people who work in banks have little access or authority, so most of the 35 minutes it took to resolve the issue were spent with the local bank staff on the phone to various different call centres and offices where the actual authority lies.

Anyway, it got done in the end.
